The museum is supported by a committed group of volunteers. Since its founding, a "Förderverein" (promotional association) has provided enthusiastic support to the Deutsches Musikautomaten Museum in Bruchsal. Thanks to the club's personal work and the funds it has provided, the museum has not only been able to acquire numerous pieces for its collection, but also restore and renovate valuable exhibitors with gifts from members.
