Over time, other museums in Baden-Württemberg have become a part of the Badisches Landesmuseum. Currently, these include the Museum beim Markt (Museum at the Market Square) and Museum in der Majolika (Museum in the Majolika) within Karlsruhe. The Badisches Landesmuseum maintains the German Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments in Bruchsal. The Staufen Ceramic Museum is another addition. The Landesmuseum also operates the Hirsau Monastery Museum, the Neuenbürg Palace and the Salem Monastery Museum.
